Job DetailsJoin a successful and growing corporate ERP Program team to provide subject matter and configuration expertise for the Oracle applications that support the Forecast to Plan (Plan Track) functions and associated business processes. Develop Oracle-centric solutions, which align and integrate with the other ERP Tracks, and CMI programs process flows and applications. You will provide advanced technical applications expertise and advice to business unit owners, IT leaders, project teams, and other support teams.;; provide assigned application solutions and set-ups that support the business processes where possible; conduct analysis of potential solutions; diagrams and documents solutions; and iIdentifies gaps in the application functionality and provide solutions. You will also analyzes and evaluate applications; provided technical direction and recommendations to improve application utilization; provide existing project processes and deliverables to shorten the project life cycle, where applicable; and transfer application knowledge.
Requires 5 years experience implementing Oracle Applications, preferably in the Forecast to Plan flow. Oracle functional knowledge in the following areas is preferable: inventory, purchasing, supply chain and demand management. Demonstrable knowledge of key supply chain planning concepts. Demonstrable communication skills in dealing with peers, colleagues and senior leadership. Six Sigma Green Belt or can demonstrate working towards it. Application Development Security - understanding of secure programming concepts, common software vulnerabilities and methods to test for them. Application Prototyping and Simulation - familiarity with the process of using proof of concept approaches to determine if the solution is the best solution before committing significant resource to a full implementation. IT Performance Engineering - the process of engineering a solution that is designed, built, and delivered achieving the expected IT performance levels. Software Development Methodologies - knowledge of fundamental tasks in design and creation of software products and ability to apply those principles in day-to-day work. Systems Analysis - the ability to investigate, understand, and document IT systems, including business processes and technical integrations, and the ability to evaluate the technology and practicality of a business problem and proposed solution. Architecture Application Design - knowledge of and experience with activities, tools and techniques for converting business requirements and logical models into a technical application design. Solution Verification (Process) - The ability to verify that the configuration item changes and/or solutions development processes, best practices, and standards are adhered to (repeatable) and deliverables are completed with the expected level of quality (reproducibility).Significant level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
