Job DetailsJoin a great global organization to act as the Benefits functional application support managing configurations as related to the OAB (Oracle Advanced Benefits) system. Ensures system functionality, access and security is maintained in compliance with global design and standards, business requirements and legislative requirements. Leads implementation team(s) in the functional design, development, testing, change control, documentation, communication and change management activities ensuring compliance with company standards. Ensures effective integration with other systems and processes across the region. Monitors metrics to ensure overall operational effectiveness. Participates as a key member of the Global Change Control Board. Coaches and mentors human resource system administration resources; assigns work according to availability, skills.
Strong Human Resource information systems experience required. Five or more years of experience leading Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB) and Human Resources (HR) functional systems Five or more years of experience leading global Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB) and Human Resources (HR) functional systems & processes Proven data management experience in Benefits Plan Enrollments and Life Events including issue resolution. Benefits Process knowledge & experience is required in Plan Design and Life Events. Should have managed and implemented two or more Benefits Annual or Open Enrollments. HR Process knowledge & experience is required to drive improvements and interfaces to various vendors. Strong OAB application knowledge including ability to create and modify OAB Fast formulas based on Plan Design and Benefit rule changes and proven experience managing Oracle Advanced Benefits and Human Resources systems. Ability to Manage and Implement the Enhancement Requests in OAB and HR systems for Continuous improvements. Ability to Manage and lead functional work on Oracle Advanced Benefits Implementations and act as liaison between HR, Shared Services and IT teams.
