· IT Staffing - Business Development Executive
· Looking for a dynamic IT Business Development Executive with a successful track record of finding and selling IT Staffing / Consulting services.
· Identify and develop sales leads and new business opportunities for our IT Staffing and other Services.
· Increase new sales penetration, maximizing sales, develop and execute cost effective sales strategies.
· Creating and submitting marketing materials, presentations, and sales proposals to the customers.
· Maintain and expand business relationships with existing and potential customers. Negotiating client contracts and work extensions.
· Gather competitive intelligence and identify trends that effect current and future sales growth and profitability.
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Must be highly energetic, self-driven, result oriented and honest individual..
· Should be a Go-Getter, Hunter, Self-Starter and posses excellent track record of achieving targets.
· Preferable to have existing book of business.
· Strong existing Professional network.
· Should have generated minimum of 1 million dollar sales per year.
· Deep understanding of market and experience in developing and nurturing client relationships.
· Solutions selling experience in any of the verticals like (Manufacturing, Retail & CPG, Banking & insurance, Media, etc).
· Should have at least 3-5 years experience in IT staffing sales.
· Should have a good understanding of Technologies and Industries.
· Strong communication skills.
· Should be a Team player and also should be able to work individually.
