I have three decades of experience in developing, deploying, maintaining and improving
mission-critical information systems.
I am very interested in participating in collaborative cloud software and systems development and integration projects on site, from home, or both; full time, part time, or contract.

Supported the Name and Address Standardizer services integrated into C, C++, Java, and
Informatica ETL systems. So, while my core strength is C++, I quickly adapted to support C, Java, and Informatica APIs.
Performed performance testing and improvement on Linux systems.
Maintained a large installed base of ETL software.
Produced a prototype counter-terrorism web portal with Drupal. Used Drupal versions 4.7 and 5.x because, at the time, later versions had too many security holes. The system managed a library of videos and associated transcripts in the native language and an English translation. Video support at that time required a lot of custom PHP coding. Taxonomy and full-text search required custom coding for security reasons as well. It was very easy for me to learn and adapt to development on the Drupal Content Management System (CMS).
