Department of Energy (DoE), Lockheed-Martin, and EPA - Full life-cycle development of one of the first government Internet Content Management Systems known as the P2 Content Management System. The P2 System was designed to store and publish the U.S. Government?s waste remedial program research, track program baselines and goals, and provide a web portal for U.S. Government employees. Note: Work was performed utilizing VB, C++, HTML, Perl, Sybase, MS SQLServer, Fulcrum Tech., and Unix. Computer Scientist I and Chief Tech. Arch.
U.S. Dept. Of Energy (DoE), U.S. Dept. of Defense (DoD), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) - Design, Developed, and implemented two U.S. Government Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC) Methodologies. The methodologies were implemented and are used today by several U.S. DoE organizations. Other responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing two enterprise-wide laboratory information management systems (ESLIMS) for the U.S. Dept. Of Energy (DoE), U.S. Dept. of Defense (DoD), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulated plants and laboratories. The purpose of the LIMS was to assist researchers, scientists, and engineers in sampling, analyzing, and tracking all hazardous waste (i.e. radioactive, PCB?s, etc.) from cradle-to-grave. The ESLIMS was designed using CFR-45 and U.S. DoE 1330.1c standards.
